Vertical band sawing machines for cutting plates are designed for longitudinal cutting of plates of small and medium length. Unlike conventional band saws, where the working table moves when cutting, vertical machines move the saw frame, which significantly saves working space. The use of hydraulic control of the position of the movable stabilizer of the web, carbide guides with hydraulic clamping, automatic hydraulic tension of the web ensure high cutting accuracy. It is possible to execute the machine according to the technical specification of the customer (modification of the speed range, changing the length and width of the cut). On request, any machine can be equipped with a CNC workpiece feeding device (for cutting plates in automatic mode).
