Two-column band sawing machines are designed for sawing hard-to-work steels and alloys with carbide tooth blades - to achieve maximum productivity, although bimetallic blades can also be used on them. On these machines, CNC control of cutting parameters and the number / length of saws is used. Cutting modes are set using the touch screen data entry (digital control). The use of an automatic conveyor for loading/unloading workpieces (optional) allows you to program the diameter, the number of cuts and the length of the workpieces to be cut.
